Costa Navarino Cluster Sales Team is looking for a reliable, proactive, Sales Specialist, Leisure, an outgoing and well-structured responsible talent, who would be interested to join our team in exciting role of promotion and selling three Costa Navarino properties: The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino, The Westin resort Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino.Working location: hybrid working location: Sales and Marketing office is based in Athens, yet 4-6 months /year the working location would be the breathtaking Costa Navarino Resort with objective to conduct SITE inspections and manage/organize FAM trips.It is a full year position which offers a perfect balance between both – exciting, vibrant capital and one of the most stunning rural areas in Greece. Travelling to Costa Navarino and abroad is required – aligned with action plan.ResponsibilitiesThe position is a mixture of back office and interaction with agents in the resort.“Back office” is done for Leisure team, e.g. preparing reports on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, assisting with contract proof reading and contracting, daily reverting to partners questions about the resorts layout, connecting options, USPs, assisting them to finalize the booking. Use of opera is needed.Other significant part of the job is co-organizing and conducting SITE inspections, FAM (familiarization) trips for the travel industry.The position is based in Athens most of the year. April, May, June, September and October are months with high number of SITE inspections and FAM trips, therefore, Sales Specialist is likely to be based in Costa Navarino during those periods.Candidate has to have/gain excellent product knowledge and participate in all development trainings organized in one of the resorts.We do not expect from a candidate to have all the above know how – it is a junior position and induction, training by the rest of the team, as well as online training tools will be provided.It doesn’t include travelling abroad at first, but there is definitely a potential for development in that direction to ensure market exposure and have new experiences on exciting career steps.Do you wish to join the Team of the Sales Champions and Market Leaders?Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Active and reactive MICE Sales or G&E / banqueting
  • Able to work under pressure and under supervision
  • Ability to maintain/adhere to company Brand Standards, Policies & SOPs
  • Communication Skills Spoken, Written and Email etiquette In English & preferably Greek
  • Excellent Opera System knowledge
  • Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability
  • Basic Selling & upselling skills
  • Time management skills
