- Assuming complete responsibility for all Human Resource functions, providing leadership in developing and executing human resource strategy, and fostering continuous improvement in all HR key indicators.
- Driving key initiatives involving succession planning, talent management, change management, training and development, compensation, organizational and performance management.
- Partnering with senior leadership to coach and improve communication throughout the organization.
- Assisting in the development of new methods to deliver better business results and effectively lead organizational change.
- Maintaining a high level of visibility with associates at all levels to foster respectful, trusting, and credible relationships.
- Building and leading an effective, respected, and lean HR team that is business-savvy and results-oriented.
- Bachelor’s and Master's degrees, with a major in Labor Relations or Human Resources Management required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a complex matrix structure.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to address business challenges.
- Understanding of change management concepts and the ability to facilitate and sustain organizational transformations.
- Dedication to delivering results, managing multiple and conflicting priorities, and making courageous decisions while balancing risks to create value.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong oral and written communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization for identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Experienced at managing complex projects, in an agile environment, using different project planning tools.
- Love collaborating and sharing ideas
