- Design, build, and maintain secure Azure and Windows infrastructures.
- Define and implement security policies, processes, and technical standards to safeguard the organization's systems and data.
- Actively monitor IT environments for security threats, plan and perform security assessments.
- Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and development teams to embed security into system architectures and application lifecycles.
- Manage security appliances and technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention/detection systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection platforms.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for security standards, procedures, and incident handling.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in system engineering with a security focus on Azure and Windows environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of network security concepts, cloud security methodologies, risk assessments and compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA).
- Familiarity with security operations tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus.
