- You will conduct advisory and informative sales talks in German
- As a customer service agent you will analyse customer needs and provide information on suitable products
- You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by guaranteeing premium quality standards in contacts with customers
- You are communicative, can impress customers, are not at a loss for words
- You are confident and quick-witted in dealing with people, and can express yourself well (very good knowledge of German / native-speaker level) in contact with customers
- You have basic PC skills
- You are an ambitious career changer (even without training / unskilled) or you have trained as an office communications clerk, paralegal (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), automobile clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training in the commercial or trade sector, ideal for career starters
- Part-time from 30 hours/week is possible
- Above-average pay: EUR 1,600 (gross) fixed salary / month
