Mercedes-Benz, the luxury vehicle manufacturer is currently hiring German Customer Support Representatives to provide excellent customer service experience to customers from anywhere within Greece.Elevate your career and become a key player in crafting bespoke experiences for Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.As a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice and face of Mercedes-Benz, ensuring that the clients receive concierge-level service that reflects the elegance of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Your linguistic abilities and passion to exceed client expectations will pave the way for a new standard in vehicle care.Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, mail and chat.
Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

Fluency in German (C1- C2)
Very good command of English (B2)
Good MS Office skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
