Our company is seeking a Key Account Manager to promote our Cyber Security portfolio composed of products and services. We are looking for an inspired professional that will be part of the highly skilled Sales team. The job holder will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of customer environments and cutting-edge cyber security solutions and services.Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts & effectively executing the Business Plan.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address them to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services offerings with client needs and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on sustainable and profitable business.
  • Provide customers with specialized knowledge related to our Security Solutions & Services portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining client objectives, challenges, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customer executives.
  • Manage accounts over the entire sales, presales and post-sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 6+ years’ experience in the IT industry in a similar role preferable in the Cyber Security services industry.
  • Proven track record of high-performing sales and account development working with cyber security services and technologies i.e. security/risk assessments, security products & solutions, managed security services etc.
  • Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes.
  • Ability to assess customer's cyber-security needs and priorities.
  • Experience acting as the focal point for clients for sales and account-related issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security solutions, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines).
