Provide excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat communications.

Deliver accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotional offers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry changes and airline information to provide expert assistance.
Requirements
Fluent in Swedish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
