- Support the Customer Relations Department by providing actionable customer and market insights.
- Design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer research to identify emerging trends and evolving customer expectations.
- Analyze internal and external data, including customer feedback and market benchmarks, to generate strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer satisfaction, competition, product assortment and market trends.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and commercial teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
- Provide ongoing support to multiple departments by delivering insights that drive shopper-centric decisions.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
- At least 2-3 year of professional experience in a commercial, marketing, or market research role - experience within a research agency will be considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
