As a Collections Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Oversee and optimize collection processes, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices.
Communicate proactively with debtors to facilitate effective debt resolution.
Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and forecast recovery rates to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections portfolio, providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensure all collection activities are conducted in full compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate for the Collections Portfolio Manager position has:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
Proven track record in managing large portfolios and achieving recovery targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Very good knowledge of both English and Greek.
