We seek excellent, responsible professionals who demonstrate high integrity and reliable standards, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers across a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. Successful candidates will become integral members of a team comprised of talented individuals with diverse expertise levels, working collaboratively towards common goals and addressing key global societal challenges. This presents an exciting opportunity for you to join a friendly and close-knit team, within an environment that fosters innovation and explores new research directions.Key Responsibilities:As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

Assist in the daily implementation and management of research projects.
Contribute to the preparation of new research proposals.
Assist in collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information, as well as developing deliverables and scientific reports.
Assist in communication efforts with partners and coordinate work meetings, workshops, and dissemination events to ensure the timely production of deliverables
Provide ongoing support for enhancing internal processes.

Requirements:

University Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
Excellent command of the English language (both oral & written).
Multi-tasking abilities and a consultant mindset (e.g. being able to work across different tasks and domains, with demanding deadlines, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn).
International outlook and ambition (e.g. experience abroad, experience with multi-national teams and openness towards travelling abroad).
Communication and social skills (e.g. competence in expressing complex ideas in writing, networking skills, communication and presentation skills, ability to work in diverse teams).

Good to have:

1 year of experience in a relevant position.
Previous experience in proposal and/or deliverables writing for EU funded projects.
