Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests from Dutch-speaking clients
Offer detailed information about our services, amenities, and local attractions
Quickly resolve issues or complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
Collect and utilize guest feedback to improve service quality
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-focused approach
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
