Monitor and report on members' subscription services
Follow up with members to ensure timely renewals
Create compelling presentations and proposals for members
Conduct meetings with new and existing members, including physical presence when necessary
Generate and communicate member reports
Increase members’ engagement in Global Sustain Club’s activities
Organize and deliver events for members and stakeholders
Handle member renewals and agreements
Drive new member and sponsorship opportunities
Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters with members news
Facilitate networking among members through email communication
Collaborate on the development of a new members' website
Participate in the design of promotional materials
Update member information in the SoftOne system

Your Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in membership management and event coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
