Qualification Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable Professional experience in packaging of turbomachinery or in plant engineering and in the planning and execution of projects Sound knowledge of relevant international standards and guidelines (MRL, EN, ANSI, API, VGB, etc. ...), knowledge of explosion protection and functional safety desirable Very good knowledge of written and spoken English Team-oriented, systematic and conscientious way of working with willingness to travel worldwide occasionally Experience with and use of tools: E3D (desirable), SAP, MS Office Job Description We are offering an interesting position in our Engineering Systems, Instruments & Controls division with the following responsibilities: Development and evaluation of technical components, the systems and plant engineering within the scope of delivery Development / configuration of plant engineering solutions for specific customer projects as well as for standardized components / assemblies in the field systems and plant engineering for turbomachinery Design / development and specification of plant engineering components, assemblies and systems based on customer specifications, standards and internal regulations Review and evaluation of customer specifications, consultation with customers regarding technical solutions and coordination of suppliers Preparation of assembly and commissioning documents Participation in technical negotiations with suppliers and customers Support during commissioning of the scope of delivery
