If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. As an International Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include: Sourcing and Reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, creating a shortlist of candidates Use of candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy Managing the pool of candidates and matching profiles based on Client/project needs Briefing the candidates about their responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question Informing candidates about the results of their interviews Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the operation Working towards and exceeding targets Maintaining candidates database updated Maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Proficient level of German ( C1 at least ) Advanced level of English (B2/C1) Excellent communication skills Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Strong understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet) Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece Be a local candidate since it's an office based position in Athens, Greece Education and experience BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field (preferable) Customer Support Industry experience Go further with Foundever What's in it for you?
