- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Respond to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
- Promptly address guests’ requests
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
- Inform clients of services
- Promote all amenities and conveniences
- Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
- High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as Guest Relations in supervisory/management capacity in a luxury property required. Previous guest service and general computer experience preferred. Property Management Software experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory as well as the ability to speak, read and write clearly. Must be able to listen to, read and/or write instructions, memos, short correspondences and messages. Second language preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Successfully manage stress, anxiety, and pressure associated with tight deadlines, heavy workload, and hotel emergency situations.
