Our team is continuing to expand so we are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our B2B team in Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece. As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with the Head of Presales to sell technology solutions to new prospects and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and renewal rates. Job Title: Presales Engineer Reports to: Head of Presales Location: Metamorphosis, Attica, Greece Reporting to the Head of Presales the potential candidate will be responsible for selling into new prospects and farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional pursuing a career in the Security Systems sector! Main responsibilities: Design Security Solutions tailored for each customer with the focus on Customer Experience and Satisfaction Use a consultative sales approach to recommend appropriate solutions and services, understand customer challenges, and win sales orders to meet sales targets Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, use CRM (we use Salesforce), support collection and project management activities Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to creatively describe and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language Strong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player Demonstrated experience in the integration of technology solutions Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience Ability to travel (10%) We offer a competitive compensation package which includes attractive salary, commission based on results, private health and life insurance, company car and travel expenses, continuous training and above all a collaborative modern work environment with unlimited possibilities for future advancement globally.
