- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices, optimal timing, pricing strategies, and model trends
- Ensure continuous monitoring of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and residual values
- Develop pricing of used cars and liaise with car dealers for the sale/purchase
- Design a new online sales channel for used cars, leveraging innovative design and technology
- Design and implement after-sales support operations, including services and resource allocation, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with knowledge of sales, marketing & online channels
- An excellent command of the MS Office Suite/Power BI and exceptional savvy with Excel spreadsheets & financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills both in the Greek & the English language
