- Monitor and analyze daily food and beverage consumption.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and waste minimization.
- Verify invoices, deliveries, and pricing in collaboration with Purchasing and Accounting.
- Update product costing, recipe standards, and cost reports.
- Lead monthly and yearly stocktakes, providing accurate reports and KPIs
- Coordinate outlets - restaurant, bar, room service, and Banquet/event operations.
- Establish upselling & crosseling practices
- Employee training to ensure alignment and service excellence
- Ensure that Life Gallery service standards, cleanliness, and guest engagement principles are consistently met.
- Maintain close communication with vendors, kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- In charge of staff performance, workflow, and adherence to hotel policies.
- Ensure all HACCP and other standards are met across F&B areas.
- Uphold brand consistency in menus, presentations, and procedures.
- Report and support resolution of operational or quality concerns.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B Supervisory roles, ideally in 4-5★ hotels.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage cost control, inventory systems, and reporting.
- Familiarity with POS, stock management, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
