It’s all about clean, effective plant-powered formulas that capture the beauty of Greece in harmony with nature.KORRES is looking for a talented Internal Lawyer (In-House Legal Counsel) to join its Legal team.Requirements

Provide timely and practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards; advise on data protection, consumer law, and competition law issues.
Manage and coordinate legal disputes, litigation, and claims; liaise with external counsel where required.
Support corporate secretarial matters, board documentation, and governance requirements.
Develop and implement internal legal policies, compliance frameworks, and training programs for employees.
Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D) to assess legal implications of business strategies and decisions.

Qualifications :

Law degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.
3-5 years of professional legal experience, with at least part gained in-house (preferably in FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, or related industries).
Strong expertise in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of compliance, data protection, and employment law.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and provide business-oriented solutions.
Strong communication skills, fluency in English (written and spoken).
