- Make proactive cold calls daily to generate interest and uncover new leads
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to identify and develop new business opportunities across air, ocean, road, customs, rail, and contract logistics
- Handle quotations for local and international customers, collaborating closely with product management teams to set rates and tariffs
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in freight forwarding / logistics sales or relevant field
- Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, target-driven approach
- Motivation to sell and a relentless attitude for closing deals
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
