With a human-centered approach and an unwavering commitment to excellence, instacar offers an environment where innovation flourishes, and every contribution is valued.Your Role:For our Repairs & Maintenance team we are on the lookout for a Technical Advisor who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor.What you will need to:

Create, manage, and monitor work orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Coordinate with workshops and service centers to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
Ensure maintenance work aligns with leasing agreements and manufacturer standards.
Track repair status and resolve any delays or issues with service providers.
Assist in implementing fleet management software and digital tools.
Analyze data to improve vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and cost savings.
Work with internal teams to enhance fleet maintenance and performance monitoring

Requirements

Strong knowledge of fleet management software, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics.
Experience with work order management and coordination with workshops.
Understanding of spare parts procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
Familiarity with EVs, hybrid vehicles, and emerging car technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
