Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
Guide customers through account management, feature navigation, and subscription questions.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
Collaborate with the technical team to assist with more complex inquiries.
Participate in training sessions to stay informed about platform updates and support strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Previous customer support experience is advantageous, though enthusiastic candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary.
