- Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section, following standardized recipes and specifications.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of dishes.
- Train junior kitchen staff in your section.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to quality and presentation standards set by the Executive Chef.
- Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury dining establishment, preferably in fine dining or a 5* hotel kitchen
- Strong knowledge of and experience in pastry
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for culinary arts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Eligible to work in the EU, either by holding an EU passport or having appropriate work authorization
