- Manage existing accounts and identify new markets / clients for exports/ business opportunities
- Maintain and increase export sales in the area of his/her responsibility, reaching the targets and goals set forth
- Carry out markets research, identifying market trends, and study competitors in their marketing and sales strategies
- Design sales /export strategies and activities suited to the area of his/her responsibility
- Implement export strategies and activities that would ensure increase in sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility
- Submit proposals for the strategic development plan of his/her area of responsibility
- Establish long-term relationships with clients that will serve as the foundation for long-term business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to his/her clients
- Travel frequently to the area and the clients he/she is accountable for
- Represent the company in the world’s largest food & beverage fairs (e.g., ANUGA SIAL), conferences, trade exhibitions
- Partner with Exports Administration to handle the exports logistics in his/her are of responsibility (e.g., scheduling efficient shipping activities and within required timeframe, identifying appropriate transportation method in assistance with the clients)
- Monitor and analyse the exports’ sales records (budget, margins, profitability, COGS etc.) and prepare and deliver accordingly sales presentations
- Prepare annually and monthly in-depth Sales Forecast per area and per client
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Management will be considered an asset
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience ideally in a FMCG environment
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (verbal & written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking partnered with a commercial mindset
- Attention-to-detail and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently and make timely decisions
- Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus
