- Supporting client relationships: Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, under the guidance of senior team members; assist in managing client expectations and contribute to maintaining strong client satisfaction
- Assisting with account performance and commercial activities: Support the execution of account plans and contribute to achieving account targets; assist in contract administration, performance tracking, and monthly reporting; help with reconciliations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinating operational tasks: Assist in coordinating local operational resources to ensure smooth delivery (e.g., prizes, logistics, regulatory requirements, supplier coordination, and recruitment channels); support the team in meeting client deliverables
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, tech, marketing) to help ensure projects are delivered on time and according to plan
- Monitoring service performance: Support tracking of key performance indicators such as traffic, messaging performance, and customer feedback; escalate issues when needed and contribute to reporting
- Identifying growth opportunities: Assist in identifying upselling opportunities across services, products, and marketing inventory; support the team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Researching market and partners: Help identify potential local partners and product opportunities; conduct research on market trends and competitors
- Tracking competitive landscape: Monitor the local competition and report insights, potential risks, and opportunities to the wider team
- 6 months – 3 years of relevant work experience (internships or entry-level roles in consulting, marketing, telecoms, or technology are a plus)
- BSc degree required (MSc is a plus), preferably in a numerate or business-related discipline
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in client-facing roles and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Mobile, Web, or online advertising industries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under guidance
- Tech-savvy mindset, with curiosity for areas combining technology and marketing
- Team player with a proactive and results-oriented attitude
- International mindset and cultural awareness
- Experience or exposure to mobile operators or digital services will be considered a plus
- Exposure to budget management and cost control
- Exposure to business development, account management, or B2B client support
- Marketing thinking and creative capability
- Knowledge of French or other languages will be considered a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% of the time)
