You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.Your scope of work entails:

Build strong customer relationships and loyalty by providing personalized service and follow-up
Demonstrate and promote products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
Support customers in finding the right product for their needs, skin type, and preferences.
Meet sales goals and targets by promoting and selling products.
Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products to customers
Provide beauty services such as makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations.
Handle customer complaints and returns aiming to customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Foreign languages literacy
Excellent communication skills and customer engagement orientation
Sales-oriented with the ability to meet sales goals and targets
Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products, including ingredients and their benefits.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
