- Evaluate operating processes, analyze, and define business needs, uncover areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Focus in capturing synergies, streamlining operations activities, and introducing automations and other digital / technological solutions that increase cost effectiveness and quality
- Work closely with business stakeholders and support function lead to define and prioritize objectives, scope, and requirements for delivering new digitized projects or solutions improving the existing operating model
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of operations internal procedures and relevant documentation
- Support in monitoring / reporting of units’ projects and in escalation of issues/ roadblocks
- Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high quality results within the relevant scope, on time, and in budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or in any other related discipline; Master's degree will be considered as an asset
- 4+ years of working experience in Business Analysis /Business Development
- Solid knowledge of NPL Servicing / Banking industry & respective activities with main focus in the area of operations (indicative evolution of back and middle office operational activities, workflows etc.)
- Strategic perspective in the design and implementation of target operating models with clear focus on benefits and performance metrics
- Proven track record in the application of respective methodologies for the design and the implementation of improvements
- Experience in requirements planning, analysis, refinement, and documentation
- Understanding technology and innovation and be passionate about disrupting traditional sectors
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications
- Good knowledge of MS Visio would be considered as a plus
- Solid organizational skills
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize work
