We operate 60 stores, 3 eShops and an ecosystem of digital properties such as: public ticketing, public business and bookfriends.gr.The Contract Rebates Specialist oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. They provide analysis and reporting to management, supporting informed business decisions. The role also covers supplier records, tax registrations, and claims follow-up to secure smooth commercial operations.Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and on time control and management of commercial agreements & contracts
Coordinate discussions for review and analysis of commercial agreements & contracts benefits
Create, Negotiate, eSign, Track & Manage Contracts in Platform
Ensure accurate and on time book of contract conditions in system
Reporting to commercial dept and CFO, progress and analysis of contract management status.
Manage ad hoc commercial or marketing agreements, eSign and track.
Contracts Registration in the tax system.
Create new suppliers’ records in ERP.
Manage and follow up insurance claims, report and follow up compensation pay out
Ensure that company policies are followed

Required Qualifications:

Βachelor's degree in economics, legal, business administration or related field
At least 1 year of previous related experience
Strong collaboration and coordination skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail & strong understanding of agreements or contracts
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially of Microsoft Excel
SAP & SAP BW familiarity will be considered as a strong asset
Fluency in English (verbal & written)
