Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. To qualify for the role you must have

1-2 years professional law working experience in Banking & Regulatory (said working experience excludes internship period)
a broad understanding of financial regulatory issues and issues affecting the banking sector
knowledge/familiarization with PSD2, MIFID ii, CRD, AML Directive and in general banking and financial regulations (incl. digital banking, payment services etc)
willingness to embrace a new challenge, in a non-traditional legal services environment
strong academic record including degree (bachelor) in Law from a Greek university
LLM in Banking & Finance (preferably from a top ranked university)
substantial MS office knowledge
excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
excellent communication and prioritization skills
strong teamwork and project management skills
results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy
self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations

Ideally, you'll also have

prior experience in a banking or financial compliance/regulatory department;
