Your key responsibilities You will be working in a professional environment alongside a vibrant and exciting team of experienced financial professionals on a variety of projects across the infrastructure sector. You would be given the opportunity to build an integral role to execute a variety of engagements related to the planning, development, delivery, and operations of major infrastructure projects. What we look for Required Excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s and masters’ degree from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Auditing / Economics, or other related field a with strong quantitative focus 5+ years of relevant working experience in project finance lending or project finance (limited or non-recourse financing) advisory role Highly proficient in writing up financial sections of PPP contracts, concession contracts and financing documentation Project manager experience in PPPs, concession projects, privatizations, and/or secondary market deals in the infrastructure domain cross sector transport, energy, social infrastructure (health, urban, education), waste management etc. Project manager experience in successful closing of Project Financing cases, covering the entire life cycle, from initial selection and assessment of the project, up to term sheet structuring, to secure financing and deployment of funds Track record of working in infrastructure projects funded by IFIs Working knowledge of the Greek debt financing and capital markets; and/or global infrastructure and project financing markets Understanding of key business and market drivers, including “greening” of infrastructure and digitalization trends Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel Project Finance modelling skills, working knowledge of Power BI, VBA, MS Project / Primavera Strong numerical / analytical ability and financial accounting knowledge and experience (IFRS and Greek GAAP) Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem solving, interpersonal and teaming skills Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally Willingness to learn, proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas, while working in a multicultural corporate environment Desirable A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Financial Management, and/or other related field with strong quantitative focus In terms of project finance advisory experience, experience in PF in a Big4 professional services firm is plus Experience in two (2) or more infrastructure sectors An active ACCA/ACA/CFA certification What we offer Competitive remuneration package: You’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
