Process orders for BAU projects and support new projects' implementation

Ensure the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors and establish relationships with them

Be responsible for selecting the best vendors

Requirememts:

Previous experience in IT procurement or a similar role.

Hardware knowledge is a must (PCs, mobiles).

Ability to prepare device configs (like choose the CPU, RAM, HDD size and so on) on the distributor websites.

English proficiency at a C1 level; German is a plus.
