Business Development Manager (Agia Paraskevi)
Job Description
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, including:
Partner trainings and events participation
Special projects (telemarketing, end-user approach)
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Work closely with the Product Management and Sales Teams to develop account-specific sales strategies.
- Monitor & analyze competitor's sales and marketing activities and promotion
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned client accounts.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations on product selection and trends.
- Fulfil company monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and targets in accordance to
- Be involved in weekly Sales & Strategic meetings with the purpose of being fully
current and long-term company plans.
- Report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities plan.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, IT products, and emerging technologies.
- University degree (preferably in Science or Engineering).
- Experience in an IT company in a relevant position in networks and
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in communication and collaborative spirit.
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
