- Manage and maintain the CEO’’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and handling communications as necessary
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally, including logistics and follow-up actions
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the CEO and executive team
- Bachelor’’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Greek language
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and business matters
