Supervise the execution of the production program and plans corrective actions
Controls, studies and suggests improvements in working conditions, functionality, ergonomics and performance of its liability departments
Oversee the work performed by staff as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner
Contribute to the improvement of department's KPIs
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Comply with the health and safety rules during work, in accordance with company's policies and procedures
Recommend modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems to reduce operating costs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:In order for your profile to match the Production Manager position, you need to have the following skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Polytechnic University
2-5 years of relevant experience in industrial environment
Fluent in English
Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions
Good mathematical ability
Excellent understanding of budget development, monitoring and control
Results and action oriented
