Join our Asty Mykonos Team 2024!The brand new Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, promise to guests tailor-made genuine hospitality!This Cycladic modern hotel is composed of 35 luxury Suites and located on Drafaki area in the heart of Mykonos.This five star minimal-chic hotel offers sheer relaxation, refined discreet luxury services to its guests and sophisticated Aegean culture and hospitality.Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position ofFRONT OFFICE AGENT - MYKONOS (Code: FOA - MYK)Responsible for the personalized customer service and the smooth operation and cooperation between the hotel departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
Concierge Services
Guest Relations skills
Offering upscaled customer service

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
2-3 years minimum experience as a Front Office agent preferably in a Luxury Boutique Hotel
Excellent knowledge of PMS (preferably PROTEL or HART), MS Office - Computer skills
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
Concierge Services experience is more than welcomed.
Guests complaint handling knowledge is required.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Negotiation with excellent PR & Communication skills
Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
