Do you have experience as an ERP Consultant?Are you interested in gaining in depth business knowledge?Do you want to join an expanding Agricultural Distribution Company?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an in-house Junior ERP Consultant.Our client is a major wholesale distributor of agricultural products with importing and exporting activities who has built an effective global distribution network for the consistent service of its customers.📌 Location: Athens📍 Working Model: On-site🖋️You will be reporting to the company's CEOWhat you will do:You will be a member of the IT department and you will facilitate the day-to-day business by supporting all company’s functions. You will perform monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting activities as well as implementing new configurations based on the company’s business requirements, in Entersoft ERP.More specifically you will:

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications and perform the daily tasks assigned
Provide 1st level of support in all aspects of application support issues
Monitor and maintain the company’s database and perform appropriate maintenance actions
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of reported incidents and apply corrective actions (when possible)
Participate in the design and delivery of new applications - custom solutions
Cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders including the company’s business partners
Coordinate user testing sessions upon the delivery of a new solution
Coordinate user training sessions based on the company’s needs

Requirements

A Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
2+ years of experience in Entersoft ERP
Good understanding of finance, order management, warehouse management & supply chain concepts
Experience with SQL databases
Experience in other Entersoft products will be highly appreciated
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, in Greek and English
Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality
