We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Communication Product Manager to drive the expansion and sales of Huawei's IP product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in IP technologies, a proven track record in product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and the ability to foster customer and partner relationships. Candidates with prior experience at leading networking companies are highly preferred.Main Responsibilities:Product Expansion & Sales:

Develop and execute strategies to expand Huawei’s IP product market share, including routers, switches, and related solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities, build customer pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
Provide technical expertise during customer engagements to address complex IP networking requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with regional sales, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive product adoption.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership:

Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., IPv6, SDN, network security) and competitor offerings.
Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for internal teams and partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, sales engineering, or technical roles within the data communication/IP networking industry.
Strong technical expertise in IP protocols, routing/switching, VPN, and network security solutions.
Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
