- Initiates the contract’s approval process, ensuring the signing of all related documents in accordance with internal contract processes and procedures.
- Summarizes contract’s milestones for the quick and effective management of the contract.
- Monitors transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, etc.), ensuring compliance with the contract's terms and conditions.
- Maintains and controls contractual records, such as relevant correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, protocols and other documents.
- Ensures contract closeout, extension or renewal activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.
- Five years of working experience, two of which in a similar role.
- Knowledge of procedures and practices related to contract execution and compliance.
- Full proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP/ERP, will be appreciated.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English on both an oral and written level.
- Fulfilled Military Obligations, if applicable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A problem-solving approach combined with flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
- Excellent team spirit with customer service orientation.
