Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Validation Engineer to execute validation activities for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed validation plans, executing test cases, and reporting results to the SQA Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless technologies, robust test methodologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, SW and HW teams.

Validation Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain detailed validation procedures and test plans for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi products in accordance with project timelines and requirements.
Define test objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria based on product specifications, industry standards and customer use cases
Execution & Reporting
Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality and performance of embedded systems for Bluetooth and WiFi products.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to drive resolution.
Document and communicate test outcomes through comprehensive test reports
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior engineers in validation best practices.
Lead validation activities for new product development and software releases.
Provide input on process improvements and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with software/hardware engineers, product managers, and system architects to ensure test coverage and product quality.
Interface with regulatory and certification bodies as needed for compliance testing.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in validation, testing, or design roles in the wireless communication or consumer electronics industry.
Experience with C, python, matlab, labview
Lab instrumentation and HW inclination. Use and manage generic (scopes, power analyser, logic analyser, generators etc) as well as more dedicated (wireless analysers/sniffers, rf analyser, thermal chambers) lab instruments standalone as well as in complicated test-automation frameworks.
Proven hands-on experience on embedded system
Proficiency in test plan creation, test execution, and results analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
