Beyond Greece, where the company is a market leader, SoftOne is expanding aggressively through organic growth and acquisitions in the SEE market, with staffed offices in Bucharest (RO), Sofia (BG) and Limassol (CY).SoftOne is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our high caliber team.Your RoleThe role of a senior marketing manager entails the development and execution of marketing strategies that are in line with the company's objectives. These strategies aim to enhance brand recognition, foster customer engagement, and ultimately drive revenue generation.Your contribution to the success of the team

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively position our business software solutions in the market.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to define target audiences, messaging, and positioning for our software products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and traditional marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand reputation and drive customer advocacy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Act as a mentor to junior and middle-level executives of the department, providing valuable feedback

Your Qualifications & Skills

8+ experience in marketing department
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree in related field is highly desirable
Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
Ability to proficiently oversee multiple projects with diverse priorities, guaranteeing prompt and cost-effective delivery of outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient command of the English language
