ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf its client, a Greek production company, is seeking for a dynamic and experienc ed Sales professional to take full ownership of the company's sales strategy and business development activities.Sales Manager (5991/SM/ESS/GR)Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO, the scope of the role is to manage and monitor the company's sales performance and products.
- Design and establish the company's sales and marketing strategies.
- Expanding the company's market reach into new sectors, clients, and business opportunities.
- Supervising product distribution across partners and clients.
- Coordinating advertising and promotional activities while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the company's market position.
- Defining and updating the company's pricing policy, considering market conditions and competition, and recommending final pricing decisions.
- Preparing financial projections related to commercial initiatives and sales strategies, including revenue and expenditure forecasts.
- Supporting the development of the company's marketing strategy, coordinating promotional plans, and overseeing the functionality, design, and impact of the corporate website.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and product performance to track results and adjust company strategies accordingly.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 2 years as Head of Division preferably within a production company.
- A Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and strong leadership skills.
- A hands-on approach along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
- Strong leadership skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating resources and projects.
