- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Msc degree will be considered a plus.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in shopper marketing / trade marketing / marketing/ sales in the FMCG sector.
- Customer - centric and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication & proven presentation skills.
- Fluent in English

- Implements customer specific promotional programs and activities, ensuring OTIF execution.
- Delivers creative in-store communication tools (pop solutions, displays, materials) tailored to each category/ customer.
- Understands customer & channel performance. Contributes to the development of tailored-made plans and actively participates to agencies briefing.
- Plans in-store support for new launches and brand activations, ensuring integrated touch-point planning and consistent brand identity/message.
- Manages suppliers to ensure cost optimization & quality standards are met. Organizes and monitors the activities of the promoters' team & ensures implementation of programs.
- Maintains and cultivates good cooperation with key stakeholders to ensure flow of information, for the purpose of promotional activation
