- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and orientation in collaboration with the Front Office team.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized solutions or recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.
- Coordinate special requests (e.g. celebrations, room arrangements, amenities) to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to support future visits and loyalty.
- Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive extra care and recognition.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Follow up on guest satisfaction during and after their stay.
- Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences in a genuine and helpful manner.
- 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting
- Fluency in English; other languages (especially French, German, Russian, or Arabic) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest service protocols
- Formal training in hospitality or tourism is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the resort's surroundings, experiences, and amenities
- Warm, genuine, and empathetic personality
