Initial Interview: The first round of interviews will be conducted virtually via platforms like Skype, Zoom, or Webex.
In-Person Interview: Candidates advancing to the final round will be required to attend an in-person interview before the final decision is made.

Enthusiastic Sea Lover: A genuine passion for the ocean and cruising.
Calm and Composed: A steady, drama-free demeanour that ensures smooth sailing in any situation.
Positive and Friendly: Always maintain a welcoming attitude and a friendly smile.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
Multitasking Proficiency: Capable of managing diverse tasks with efficiency.
Professional Appearance: Presentable and tidy at all times.
Aspiring Hostess: Eager to excel as a hostess with the World's Leading Private Cruise Company.
Strong Communicator: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (especially German or Russian) are highly valued.
Work Eligibility: Open to EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit.
Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Yacht/Marina Experience: Familiarity with yacht or marina services is beneficial but not required.
Driving License: A valid driver's license is an advantage.
Boating License: A motor or sailing yacht license, regardless of experience, is highly regarded.
Seasonal Commitment: Availability to work from April to November, pandemic permitting.
Adaptable: Willingness to be reassigned outside Halkidiki on short notice, if required.
