-Handle incoming calls related to requests, complaints, inquiries, or administrative procedures.
-Check the system to determine whether the client has coverage.
-Assign services to a network of professionals and monitor progress until closure.
-Make outbound calls to inform clients of changes, incidents, or updates regarding the service.
-Integrate partner information into the system daily and provide daily updates to the partner on service progress.
-Update activity tracking dashboards.
-Record information on management systems.
-Meet quality and productivity indicators.Requirements:
-Completed secondary education or technical/university training
-Minimum of 2 years in similar roles (call center, customer service, administrative processing).
-Clear and assertive communication.
-Ability to follow procedures.
-Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
-Proficiency in using digital tools.
-Greek native
