Εταιρεία ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our client, a multinational home emergency repairs and improvements business company, is seeking for a successful candidate for the role of Case handler / Back-office Agent based in Thessaloniki.Objective: Reporting to the operations director and being part of the operations team, the Case handler / Back-office Agent will manage, register, and follow up on procedures requested by clients via the telephone channel, ensuring efficient and courteous service in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.Περιγραφή Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls related to requests, complaints, inquiries, or administrative procedures.
-Check the system to determine whether the client has coverage.
-Assign services to a network of professionals and monitor progress until closure.
-Make outbound calls to inform clients of changes, incidents, or updates regarding the service.
-Integrate partner information into the system daily and provide daily updates to the partner on service progress.
-Update activity tracking dashboards.
-Record information on management systems.
-Meet quality and productivity indicators.Requirements:
-Completed secondary education or technical/university training
-Minimum of 2 years in similar roles (call center, customer service, administrative processing).
-Clear and assertive communication.
-Ability to follow procedures.
-Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
-Proficiency in using digital tools.
-Greek native
-Very good knowledge of EnglishBenefits:
