- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term success. Responding to customer needs with the aim of creating and strengthening trust relationships.
- Maintain regular contact and ensure quality customer service with the aim of long-term cooperation with the company.
- Develop and implement the B2B sales plan in the wholesale and hotel industry, in accordance with the company's business strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Plan and implement the monthly visit program to existing and new customers with the aim of achieving sales based on targets.
- Implement commercial policy and negotiate the terms of cooperation. Ensure compliance with customer agreements to achieve targets.
- Prepare and manage offers with the aim of immediately converting them into orders and facilitating their after-sales service.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Prepare and present accurate and realistic reports for the region of responsibility, with sales forecasts, reporting data, and improvement actions.
- Research the market with the aim of developing and expanding the customer base in areas of responsibility.
- Monitor the broader market and competition and inform with relevant reports. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
- Participate in special projects, such as pilot applications, market research, and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales position, especially in the Hotel market.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as CRM, ERP, and MS Office.
- Very goodknowledge of English.
- Possess a driving license and the ability to travel within Greece.
