Yodeck is now in the top 5 of digital signage SaaS platforms in the world, and we are looking for curious and smart people to drive even faster!About the roleThe role is ideal for a person with an Engineering/Computer Science background who likes the interaction with customers and loves problem solving. Having a good understanding of Yodeck's product, you will be the go-to person for all internal teams and some international customers (like Swissport, Husqvarna, Hyatt Hotels) that need consultation providing off-the-shelf solutions or customizations.What you'll do
  • Fully understand the core product, user-facing functionality, implementation and deployment process. Focus on understanding features, use cases and personas.
  • Fully comprehend customization capabilities of the product.
  • Support Sales with any questions they may have on the product.
  • Join product discovery calls with Customers to identify needs and propose off-the-shelf solutions or customizations.
  • Liaison with Tech leads to answer complex functionality questions from customers or from non-technical internal stakeholders such as Sales or Marketing.
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to produce minimal scope-of-works and services quotes, handing over proposals to Sales.
  • Regularly liaison with the Product team to relay feedback on the core product or communicate recurring themes/requests coming from stakeholders that need to be addressed/managed.
  • Contribute to the technical requirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and questionnaires.
Requirements
  • Love problem solving.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Understanding of web application concepts like web services & APIs.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with which you’ll actively listen and explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
  • Working proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • A high degree of ownership.
Nice to have
  • Experience in working with APIs (REST, SOAP web services, etc.)
  • Experience in Python or similar interpreted programming language.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles
