- Manage existing accounts and identify new markets/clients for exports/business opportunities
- Maintain and increase export sales in the area of his/her responsibility, reaching the targets and goals set forth
- Submit proposals for the strategic development plan and design sales /export strategies and activities suited to the area of his/her responsibility
- Implement export strategies and activities that would ensure an increase in sales and profitability in his/her area of responsibility
- Establish long-term relationships with clients that will serve as the foundation for long-term business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support to his/her clients
- Travel frequently to the area and the clients he/she is accountable for
- Partner with the Exports Administration to handle the exports logistics in his/her area of responsibility (e.g., scheduling efficient shipping activities and within the required timeframe, identifying appropriate transportation methods in assistance with the clients)
- Prepare annually and monthly in-depth Sales Forecast per area and per client
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exports in the food industry
- Solid understanding of international trade procedures and documentation
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong critical and analytical thinking, partnered with a commercial mindset
- Attention to detail and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, act independently, and make timely decisions
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
