Chinese Speaking – Live Stream Coordinator

- Produce scripts and host live broadcasting videos for our live education platform
- Introduce traders to our products and services to improve their trading experience
- Interview guests live online, interact with the audience, and respond positively and quickly to their chat requests
- Perform research and present new ideas for the livestream rooms
- Work closely with our media production and technical teams as necessary
- Provide support to international teams
- Maintain high-quality live streaming standards throughout broadcasts
- Create and plan schedules for live streaming events
- Degree/Diploma in media, communication or any other related field would be a plus
- At least 1 years' experience in a related position
- Previous customer service and/or client handling experience would be considered an advantage
- Enthusiastic about building knowledge in the financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good video and audio presenting skills
- Outgoing and confident, with a pleasant personality
- Fluent Chinese speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English
