- Provide support to payroll data collection, input, payroll calculations and payroll files maintenance
- Be responsible for expense administration and monthly accounting reconciliation
- Be responsible for HR systems updates, technical upgrades implementation and end-user support
- Support HR, Business, Regional reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support staff benefits administration (medical & life insurance, pension, staff personal loans, staff mortgages, summer camps, staff accounts)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
- Administer sickness & maternities refund process
- Be responsible for records management activities
- Support all Regulatory Reporting (daily, monthly, ad-hoc, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences or Human Resources Management
- HR or Payroll experience will be highly appreciated
- Proficient user of Excel and other data management tools
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good organization, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to deliver to the required service standards in a customer focused environment
